Honey Glazed Keta (Chum) Salmon
3 Salmon Pieces or 1 Salmon Fillet
Season the Fish. I keep it simple with Sea Salt and Pepper (Stay away from table salt).
2 TBSP Butter (100% Fat/I love the Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter)
1-2 TBSP Honey
Squirt of Lime Juice
2 Garlic Cloves
Marinate the fish in a bag or bowl and place it in the fridge for 20-30 min.
Take the bag of goodness from the fridge and lay the fillets out on a pan.
Pour the rest of the marinated juices over the fish. Feel free to add more Sesame Seeds.
*Sprinkle with Lime or Lemon Zest
*Bake for 10-12 min until the top has a nice light brown glaze to it.
*Pull from the oven and add Fancy Cut Green Onions to impress your guests.
