Garlic Shrimp w/ Sriracha Garlic

1/2 lb Shrimp

Peel the shrimp.  Deveining is optional.

2 Cloves Garlic

Spoonful of Sriracha Garlic Sauce

(Add to taste or just go with it. This is the cherry on the top ingredient.)

1 tbs Butter (I use 2-4)

2 tbs Lemon Juice

1 tbs Caper Juice

1 Clove Shallots

In a saucepan toss in the butter followed by lemon juice, caper juice, shallots, and garlic. Bring everything to a light simmer.

Place the shrimp in a defensive position in the saucepan. 

Sprinkle with Red Pepper to taste (optional)

Simmer for a few minutes until done.

Spinach Salad

Spinach, Tomato, Parmesan, w/ Olive and squeezed Lemon.
