Seared King Salmon w/ Alaskan Raspberry Salsa
Season the Salmon with pepper and sea salt. Sear the skin side up 3-5 minutes. Flip and sear the other side for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Wild Alaskan Raspberry Salsa
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
1 Cup of Wild Raspberry's
1/2 Cup crushed freshly cut pineapple drained
1/2 Cup Minced Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Red Onion Minced
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
1/4 Cup White Raisins
1 Clove of Garlic Minced
1 TBS Lime Juice
1/4 TSP Lime zest
1 TSP Jalapeño minced w/ Sea Salt to taste
Serve Salmon with Raspberry Salsa on top.
